Written Ingredients:
Beef Boneless: 2kg
Vinegar for washing: 8tbs
Salt for washing: 1tsp
Curd/ Yougart: 750gms
Salt: 1tbs
Red Chilli Flakes: 1.5tbs
Red Chilli Powder: 1tbs
Paprika: 0.25tbs
Cumin: 3tbs
Coriander: 1.5tbs
Garam Masala: 1tbs
Fresh Ginger: 1.5tbs
Fresh Garlic: 1tbs
Mustard Paste: 2tbs
Papaya Powder: 1tsp
Cooking Utensils:
Grill with Charcoal

I am a poultry industry expert and have been in Pakistan too and tasted your food which is awesome. I never thought I will come across a Pakistani chef who not only know the cooking process but also the food technology aspect and the scientific aspects of why we do certain things. I love the way he uses very few preservatives and tries to get the natural flavors. Really impressed. His recipes are authentic and very ethnic (asian ) flavor. Very few people will share commercial recipes online. But I think He believes ( as all muslims do ) that Almighty is the provider of rizq, and he wishes to help in his own way anybody to start a food business. Keep up the good work. May the Almighty reward you for this. If only somebody could help to write the translation form urdu to English as subtitles, I am sure he will have a bigger fan base from all over the world. I am from Sri Lanka.

1 tbsp red chilli powder
1/4 tbsp Paprika powder

1-1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1-1/2 tbsp ginger paste
2tbsp Mustard paste
1tsp green Papaya powder as a Tenderizer
