Brilliant Vid just ridden the Golfie for the first time couple of weeks ago and did the push to the top in the Snow. Did Glentress on sunday just gone, working on the Missus to move up to Inners now!
Im 14 but i am thinking of riding in EWS and this really helped. I wonder if mountain bike brands are interested in Indian athlete thats my major consern
Hey man, great goal! I don't think brands would be bothered at all about where you're from, as long as you can help them out, I'm sure they'll return the favor by helping you ❤️
@@emptychoppa in your best bet is to go to europe bc most of thre races are here but around the world too you have to register bust is hard to get in and is aroud 100-200 eur just to enter i think
Excellent little insight, I think more of this would appreciated and like by a lot of people!! We all want to know what sets us normal guys apart from you MTB gods haha both of you looked solid in the end! Keep up the great work! 🏔🚴♀️🏴🚴♀️🏔
Glad you enjoyed the video :) There isn't much in terms of setup difference I don't think - I believe it comes down more to feeling comfortable on your bike - and knowing where your body is on the bike in space and time. If you can do that, you'll fly! Obviously easier said than done as they say - takes practice, training, hard work, dedication....all that boring jazz!
Nice video! I'm doing Enduro MTB training from Dee Tidwell and the gym sessions are quite different... Usually 5-6 times per week after work and session takes me about 1,5h. I always start with stretching and mobility and then do either stability/strength/cardio (sprints or 1 hour ride) programs for the rest. More videos like this :)
Nice video 👌🏻 done a few events now and struggle a bit despite being pretty fit for my age it doesn’t quite translate to enduro. How do you deal with long waits at stages, or is that less of thing at higher level race’s?
Very good to watch, Used to ride mountain bikes ages ago. Picked up an enduro bike during lockdown, hopefully get to race a enduro soon! Been doing triathlon last few years so my finish is good but dunno if the skills are still there (Good power output as well, think ive peaked out at 1000 once or twice. Whats your FTP and W/KG?)

Sick! Got so pumped to go ride after watching this.
Stoked! That's what it's all about, right? Getting out on the trails and riding your bike :)
Great video. I’m committed to doing a few this year and really trying to figure out how to get as fit as possible in the right way.

Awesome Richard! There's SO much riding in the Tweed Valley, it's pretty crazy. I don't think I've even scratched the surface yet.
Great vid. Love the drone shots. You ride some scary stuff.
Glad you enjoyed the video! There are a lot of steep trails in the Tweed Valley - that's for sure!
WOLFPACK ADVENTURES So I’m finding out.
Good luck Alex , look forward to seeing the tweed valley boys results in the EWS 2020.
Thanks Gus, Hopefully we'll be back between the tapes soon - for now, things are postponed and we've gotta get a little creative
I liked the excited dog lol

Yeah it's a b*tch right? It's subsided a little now which is grand to peddle up
Nice ski erg. I have the rowing machine and would like a ski erg as well.

Awesome Mark, happy it helped you out!
Great video, I don’t know if I missed it but I was wondering how many days you workout per week?
Usually 3
@@wolfpack_adventures do you ride every day?

That's the plan, yep. Same as last year

sick video bro!... how much do you drop the psi in your suspension for a race compared to everyday riding.?
Forks are currently set around 72-74 PSI with one token. I don't really change that too much - I may go up a PSI or two depending on the race
