Temperament: Vizslas are known for being loyal, affectionate, and gentle. They are also known for being stubborn and shy, and they can be very vocal. Energy: Vizslas are very energetic and love to be outdoors. They enjoy daily exercise and activities like hiking, swimming, and tracking. Training: Vizslas respond well to positive reinforcement training and do not do well with harsh commands. Socialization: Puppies should be socialized early with people, children, and other dogs. Size: Vizslas are medium in size, with males averaging around 60-65 pounds and females averaging around 50-55 pounds. Coat: Vizslas have a smooth, short coat, but occasionally puppies are born with long hair. Color: Vizslas can be various shades of russet gold and dark sandy gold, but red, brownish, or lightened colors are undesirable. Nose: Vizslas have a reddish colored nose that blends with their coat color. Nickname: Vizslas are sometimes called "Velcro dogs" because they like to be close to their owners. History: Vizslas were originally bred as hunting and retrieving dogs. Family: Vizslas can be great family pets for households with children, but they need plenty of room to roam.
My Viszla, Amber just died. She loved to go on walks and I loved her big amber eyes which absolutely reflected her personality a little bit annoyingly clingy and very sweet
no, that's just how they look. you want to see slight rib. if they have recently been running like this one most likely has, they will be even more visible.
I have the same problem with my vizsla she has infinite energy but doesn’t eat very much, not from lack of feeding either. She’s just picky, tried 4 types of dry food and some wet food. You have to hand feed her lol. Seems a lot of people have this issue with their vizslas, they just have super high metabolistims
My vizslas look pretty much the same. Vizslas are very energetic dogs so they burn calories so much quicker then other dog breeds. You see a lot of vizslas look like they have a "normal" physique but more than likely means it doesnt run much. Therefore this dog for example is very well fed, hes just a energetic lil fella :)
Vizsla are slight dogs, with high metabolism and high energy. Unfortunately some feed their Vizslas kebble, which processed, unhealthy dog food. Kebble is full of dangerous ingredients which keep vets in business. I feed my Visla raw chicken, cooked beef liver, cooked beef fat, cooked eggs, raw beef, carrots, beetroot, olive oil, himalayan salt, tumeric with black pepper, a fish oil blend, only filtered water Please guys, don't feed your Vizsla commercial dog food, feed them healthy unprocessed food. They are our children and we need to look after them
I love Vizslas! They are velcro puppers.
So true, I once had to look for one of my shoes for like 20 minutes

That could be my Copper girl! Isn't it amazing how just about every Vizsla looks the same?

@Ember-x-w thanks
@Ember-x-w sorry for your loss. Such is the tragic nature of things. We must be like elves to them.
What kind of tracking device you have on your dog? And how do you like it?
That’s a shock collar
Where is this?
Where is this 🙏💥
How big is your dog? He’s beautiful.
This is hunt dog?
Indeed. Suitable for duck hunting, small game and tracking. Of course, training is needed, but they’re smart.
That dog needs more food

@@TheDarkLasombra No you don’t want to see rib,if they will be more visible
you’re definately not feeding him enough food.

@@TheDarkLasombra yes 2-3 ribs is ok
Desnecessário essa coleira de shock no cachorro, mais é um lindo cachorro

you got to feed that vizsla a little more

@@RegulerShowTV How about feeding her natural food like raw meat?
These dogs were not bred on dry dog food.

You do realize you process your foods unless you want to give a dog a whole chicken
Yours Viszla is hungry
Great dogs but no where near as smart as they get credit for (they are smart enough but nothing like German shepherds )
They're hunting dogs. No one is comparing them to German Shepherds.
@@ArmednotTriggered I did….. they are soooooo much better!
two totally different kinds of dog and intelligences.
You’ve got a herding breed and HPR breed they’re bred for completely different uses… like too see a German shepherd hold a full point
