    I just assembled the saw not following instruction to turn it over.
    1st assebled legs, wheelsa and stops at the end.
    2nd put saw on the stand and put in four screws. It seemed much easier and I did not have to worry about damaging the table surface.

    Just got it for my birthday. Haven´t used it yet, hope it's going to be better then my first experience. The slider of the fence had a broken part in the aluminum which is why I couldn't move it past 20 cm's.
    Very annoying but I have fixed it.
    Set-up with your video was quite easy however :)

    You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. Fairly compact which is Nice th-cam.com/users/postUgkxXh-4_3-ZT1fFWP91ZV7iVqzElr0lEb-a I did get an Incra Miter Gauge which takes some setup as well. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.

    Just got his saw 11/8 for 329 at lowes , noticed yours has a completely different fence system. So far loving it, straight out of box and fence spot on.

      This one is the Australian version.
      Been using it for a month and love it too. The price here is $900 :(

      @@newbieshoplawn5836 Well, that's about $600 USD. I think the normal price on this saw is $529 here with stand, and $599 for the cordless version with no stand.

    Good general setup video and is a keeper. Thankfully, the music is low key and not distracting.

    Appreciate the video mate. Common problem amongst reviewers is the soft start failure. Any problems? Howzit running in general 1 year on?

      Double check that it is the same.
      In Australia we also have the Metabo line of table saws and it is very different. For example it basically caters for a left hander based on the where the handles and switches are setup.

    Can anybody tell me what is the insert plate made of? Is it strong enough or shitty plastic like in Makita mlt100?

    • @Xboxers
      @Xboxers 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It seems to be aluminum alloy or something like that. Atleast not plastic.
