    It's a beautiful thing to watch two ppl so well matched interact so lovingly.
    Just on the incase that you still wanted to know I thought I'd risk it and share anyway, I hope you don't mind.
    The difference in the window levels requires to start with a border for the aesthetics side of thing's, and work your way down where you would have another border at the very bottom.
    Once the bottom is reached..the uneven &/or smaller cuts can be placed in, so it's not seen behind the furniture, but is still aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
    I hope this helped anyone else looking to do the same.
    It's basically in line with the same principle as creating borders before paving & tiling.
    I hope this helps someone looking at doing the same down the track.
    I'd also like to add that I love how you're both so real and raw and aren't afraid to openly share that with all of us, so thankyou for sharing your experiences in the way that you do, it's awesome !
    ☀️🙏💚☀️

    I've learnt so much from the things you both have been going through to build your home. It's worth both of you writing a book on the whole thing. I'm sure it would be a best seller. Don't give it. It will be worth it in the end.

    You guys are doing fantastic! The project is massive & you’re starting as novices. Please remember the errors &/or failures along the way are part of the process called success. No one starts from zero & ends at the finish line without encountering failures along the way. Stay motivated! Keep showing the reality of a bus build, the determination necessary to end the project keeps those of us firmly on this side of reality & that alone is not typical in the world of social media. You will be successful I’ve no doubts. & in the end of this project you’ll have a wonderful home & have improved your partnership, communication abilities, problem solving abilities & all of this are beneficial to a strong foundation as a couple. Marriage is not easy & this bus build is helping you build a strong foundation. These are all good things! You’ve already gained so much please stay motivated.

    Don't let it all drag you down. We too, have had set backs, one causing us to loose the bus we looked for many months. I ended up in the hospital the first of the year, and the seller would not,or could not wait for me to get out. So we missed out. Watching the two of you, has made us more determined to get healthy, and we are looking for another bus so we can get out on the road. Thanks for all the inspiration.

    Your perseverance is inspiring. I can understand your frustration at times but I believe that it's because you want it to be the best it can and that is going to make you a little tetchy sometimes. My wife and me have done everything to our home together, it wasn't always plain sailing but we always knew that it would turn out great and it does because we believe in each other. It is obvious that you also believe in each other and this amazing journey is all the better for it and because you are building the home together and your giving it your all that you feel such an immense sense of achievement. I can't wait to see what your plans are for the floors. stay safe J.

    You have come such a long way and done such an incredible job. It’s funny you mentioned doing other peoples buses because that thought popped into my head. I wonder what they would charge. 😂😂 Actually there are businesses that started that way. The more you do. The more I’m like just remove the seats put in a bed and cooktop and call it good. 😂😂 Can’t wait for your next video. Hang in there, you have reached a point where you can see all your hard work and just start to see the light at the end of the tunnel. 🤠👏

    Hey new subbie here... loving the build have just binge watched the whole series... are you guys planning on caulking the ceiling?

    • @Rehabit8
      @Rehabit8  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Mara, thanks for joining us :) As of now we are not planning on caulking the ceiling. Our wool insulation has natural moisture management so we don’t think we need to try and “seal” up the ceiling planks

    • @NuggetPoppyandKit
      @NuggetPoppyandKit 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Rehabit8 oh I was thinking more for that cleanline appearance to fill in the gaps but keeping that rustic look at the same time... I have seen it done and really changes the look... not saying at all that your ceiling doesnt look great it does! I just remembered you guys talking about the cleanline look being something you liked

    • @Rehabit8
      @Rehabit8  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh yes we will touch up some gaps but not caulk between every plank as we feel it would take away that rustic look

    Life is hard we all go through trials and if you can laugh at yourself and instead of speaking out of anger holding your tongue and remember that this is a person that you love it's not always easy but it's the best way never quit never give up, the alternative is you lose don't let negative emotions steal your happiness.

    To fess up to my “thumbs down” I must comment that your trials of working on a bus must have some comparisons to truly hard measures that life can hand to folks and this doesn’t even move the stick. Need to toughen up a bit and just finish the journey.
