Almost 1M yung completion ng Condo ko as I’m not there only my sister looking for the interior to do it for me as I’m working out of country. 2014 handed to me & really bare it. Your designs really good. When I intend to retire in 7-10 yrs. from now I will get you for my retirement house in Palawan. Only a small lot 150 sya. Only 2 years pa Lang yung tenant dun sa Condo ko if ever I want to renovate it I will contact you. Superb & really looks warm & cosy!!! 😀👌👏
I agree, 40/60cm ceramic floor tiles in small condos look bad. You guys have good wallpaper, I remember the Avida BGC condo with the tropical mural wallpaper

Hi ralph; Patong lang natin yung laminate’ twin oaks provided enough clearance para mailagay natin. And for the laminates we used quality materials and if you prepare your adhesives well, no worries 😉

solid surface / ceramic tile / granite as splashboards are okey based on my experience. i just want my projects to be extraordinary and unique. 😉 based on 8 years practice as a licensed architect. okey din ang mirror. well based on my experience.
hi there, we cannot compare laminated wood / vinyls and ceramic tile. because may kanya kanya silang properties. but for this project we used laminated because i want to achieve the texture. and nakita ko yun sa material na ginamit ko. also iniwasan natin yung tile kasi condominiums wont allow na mag demolish ng existing tile; cost and labor wise mas better; since architect ako' i always eyeing on aesthetic at the same time durable for longer time. hope this helps 😊

Hope you can give me an idea how much it would cost to do a renovation similar dyan. 37sq pero 7sq ang balcony kaya 30sq lang indoor space. Maraming salamat po. Ang galing nyo. Lahat ng designs nyo outstanding very classy. Sana ma afford ko kayo. Thank you in advance po.
