Hm po ky estimated cost ng almost 21sq.m including small terrace sa unit area,still empty at ilang days po gagawin kc limited lang ung bakasyon..

I like that you are not afraid to use bold and rich colors and wallpapers! Nowadays kc puro white n lng nakikita ko n mga pinturang ginagamit. Keep up the good work!

it’s elegant and classy. love the design!! however, we would love to see a video tour of the whole unit instead of just a photo slideshow next time. otherwise every thing looks perfect!! kudos!
First time to see someone specify the names of the materials used; e.g. Acibar glass and metal studs for the wall. Iyon pala ang proper na tawag sa kanila. Haha. Love the details. Thank you! 👏
Its cute. I wasn't so sure at first but....The dining area is giving me dark, intimate, classy restaurant, very much so. Yes issa vibe! The rest of the apartment is giving me boutique hotel suite. This is a design job that is very much Leneufcinqcergy approved!
