The absolute holy grail watch for me. Unfortunately, this will most likely never be obtainable for me but I, absolutely, LOVE this watch! Absolutely stunning! 🤩
Edit to add: I really enjoy the chance to see so many incredible watches thanks to your channel, thank you. The below is for the sake of accuracy alone. Chatons were not used in the pocket watch era because “back then it was difficult to precision press a jewel into a watch bridge or plate”. If that was the reason, it would be just as difficult to press the chatons into the plate. The original reason chatons were used is because it was difficult to centre the pivot holes in the jewels themselves with sufficient precision. So to compensate for the fact that pivot holes weren’t perfectly centred in the jewel, the jewel was pressed into a small piece of metal. Gold was used for high grade work. The jewel pressed into the metal was then mounted on a wax chuck on a lathe or watchmaker’s turns. Centring the pivot hole on the lathe was easy, a pointed piece of pegwood was held in the hole and the lathe turned whilst the shellac hardened. This left the pivot hole of the jewel at the dead centre of the lathe headstock. The metal that the jewel was pressed into was then turned down to size and polished on the lathe to the desired diameter and the chaton with jewel was finished, with the outer edge of the chaton perfectly centred on the pivot hole.
2:52 In addition to CO, FT, SUG, there's also db: some Lange cases are made by Donzé-Baume, a Richemont group company in Les Breuleux, Switzerland. See for example th-cam.com/video/QZm1Xwl4T8U/w-d-xo.html (starting at 1'11").
Somebody mentioned that Sinn makes their cases and Sinn make incredible watches but knowing how the sausage is made just turned me off of the brand. It definitely brings the perceived luxury of the brand down in my eyes, right or wrong.
Sinn does not make Lange cases. Not sure why that would be a detractor even if they did. Cases are made by the same machines no matter what brand you are looking at.

He says in the video that the cases are made by the same maker as AP. Not sure if Jacko is getting his intel from Russian intelligence but he may need to redirect the satellites to earth before getting on the loudspeaker.
though completely wrong but thats a completely new comment by the so close, but, crowd who could never afford this watch if they put all their pennies together yet need to find an excuse to assuage their egos.
