    Nigerians love pumpkin seeds. They grind the seeds and make stew. They call that stew "Egusi soup".which they eat with pounded yam..That Egudi soup they also put pumpkin leaves. Nigerians never throw away greens. They also grind yam and cassava and cook ugali..Kenyans only boil yam and eat with tea but west Africans cook yam like potatoes. They can boil and they can fry with meat. Delicious meal.
