Dude!! You're a flippn..genius!! Omfg...I've been watching your videos for a solidvweek on arturias beat c step pro(my brain hurts!) It sunk in today! Love your videos!! Full of good info for beginners, who don't have c a clue! Almost tossed it!! Lol...
Hi man is possible to have the BSP as Slave and still doing the editing in the controller the external hardwares? I would love to use my AnalogRytm as master and the BSP as Slave. Now if I push play from the AR the BSP doesn’t start to run, I need the BSP that runs when I start playing from the AR. Many thanks for sharing!!! Cheers
And there in lies the problem. I am lost. I cannot seem to find a resource that guides a Noob like myself on setting up the Beatstep Pro. #WhyAndWhenWouldiAdjustAnyOfThis
@@shxcxchcxshshxcxchcxsh9791 most recently, how to get the BSP drum sequencer to sequence the Elektron Model Samples. Currently, it only plays/sequences 1 sound/track. Everything is set to the same Midi Channel. For a point of comparison, the same setup using a Korg Volca Sample sequences all the sounds via the single Midi Channel. Not so w/ the Model Samples.
@@RepublicAllegiance maybe it's like the volca drum where every "part" (instrument) has its own midi-channel. So for me channel 1 to 6 is reserved for the volca drum, channel 7 to 16 are my synth channels. And if I'm not mistaking, the BSP can only handle 3 channels at a time. 🤷♂️ I'm trying to find out if BSP is a solution for my setup with Deluge, Volca Drum, reface cs and cp and in future the Korg SV 2 🤔
@@n_mi5906 I suspect you are correct. In the end I decided to NOT use the drum sequencer on the BSP for drums, but rather as a polyphonic sequencer for a synth.
I don't get complaints. I think part 1 and part 2 are amazing overview and demonstration. Make much more clear how to use it and software part. *Thanks a lot!* ....I think complait about that very few tutorials around about *basics* and how to start, how to connect with other hardware or "step 0" of workflow. But this specific two tutorials are awesome (if you already understand some basic usage)
from what i can work out its 16 x sequence up to 64 steps - not sure . this should be like a programmable drum machine thus to 'song'. you need compositions! Otherwise what a big help!
I still don 't understand why Arteria guys didn't made available a function to import ready made midi files to the machine this would be a serious feature for me cos I have tons of midi files already made...
I’m gonna be honest you should’ve just used it bc all this explaining does nothing , just use it any artist is better at visually learning not all this explaining bruh I got nothing from this
Thanks for making these videos! You really like the phrase -set up!

Anyone complaining about this video needs a new hobby. The software and hardware are IDENTICAL and this is simply a quick overview of the functions.
Great video series full of useful information! Thank you so much!
