he is so classy with the way he says “how’s that for a headline?” sounds like a rich business man!
I imagine he has many leather bound books, on bookshelves made of rich mahogany.
Sounds like a line in a movie. Excellent delivery. He should be on the radio or ads.
I think he sounds like he’s delivering the slightly smug quip at the end of the the training montage when the wizened mentor character is finally impressed by the progress the promising new student has made.
Like, an entire montage of clips of a guy aged 16-25 running around the set performing menial tasks and wiping the sweat off his brow as he prints paper after paper (with the light fading in and out to signify the passage of time) before we fade to the young printmaker, covered in ink and sweat after a hard day’s work at the press, pulling his finest work off the platen and passing it to the mentor. The Miyagi character slowly nods as a slight smile pulls at his lips before he reveals the page to the audience. His smile widens as he addresses his new protégé,
“How’s *that* for a headline?”
…you know?

I think it comes from not being online all the time. As much good as the internet can provide it has some really bad consequences and I feel like it is a substantial factor in the mental health of the younger generations. I think when your posting just for likes or retweets or to try to show what the "perfect" you is like, is a rabbit hole. People who blog their life, I willingly to bet that less than 1% live that way and it's just smoke and mirrors. Instead of mocking people as boomers we should learn from the older people. They know how to live a happy life without excess. This guy don't need private jets, lavish parties, high end cars, mansions etc. he is happy with an old printing press. Regardless if you think printing presses are interesting, we should at least admire his character.

This brings me back to the 1400s, when that German guy no longer wanted to continue writing the same page of a book 100 times 😂
What’s this about??
@@thatsdaniellelol Likely the original invention of the printing press, given the mention of 15th century Germany. I don't know the cause of the invention myself, but getting tired of scribing the same book by hand over and over (as scholars and monks had to do all the time back then to make new copies) is as good a reason as any
