    This makes a lot of sense. I actually find I play some of my best stuff right after I brush my teeth. I was probably already doing some of those exercises while brushing.

    Thank you very very much! I found myself making funny faces in front of the mirror thinking "Dont complain, do you want to be a good trumpeter? Shut up and stretch that upper lip with your finger on it." I'll write all these tips on paper and make them every day! Funny and helpful!

    Thank you, these exercises are really good. They aid embouchure warm up, (personally for me anyway) and are certainly beneficial to do at anytime of the day.

    i tried these when i used to play bugle calls and they weakened me a lot! maybe because a bugle works differently ?

    So a good "yarn" is lip calisthenics? Also shouldn't your exercises last at least as long as a composition for your face to get the benefit.

      horn and trumpets have same facial expressions while playing and lips
