@@JashiiCorrin Very much! I watched it several times and saved it. I'm a rolling bujo person for weeklies, but I like the cheat sheet fold outs and several of the reflection spreads. I've even added those amazing dot markers! 😍
In case no one has told you, you are FREAKIN' BRILLIANT. Girl, you are making spreads that no one else are doing on YT. Thank you so much for your work!!
Thanks Amanda, you're a gem! 💜😄 I wanted to make sure I bought you guys new (or at least less-seen) ideas in this one 💪 no point in ANOTHER video just saying "make a future log, have a goals page" etc 😂
Bullet journals have been around for quite a time now, yet she's the first one who really figured out how to set one up in an actual practical way. Kudos to you, these ideas are so smart.
I just got my first bullet journal because of your videos, I really feel like it’s going to work better for me than the traditional dated planners. As a queer Canadian I love that your positive headline for January was about conversion therapy being banned! I remember crying over the phone with my friends when we heard
Honestly, this made me want to start bullet journaling again!! I have been in a massive rut the last years and couldn't really get back into it. but your spread ideas and design lit a fire 🔥
These are all fantastic ideas, but creating a pocket with that wasted first page is freaking brillant!! I can't wait to put one in literally every new journal I ever create!! Thank you Jess for the ideas!
Info overload and I love it! Definitely saving this to return to again and again! I was sold on the first 2 pages and the new creative ideas just kept coming! Thanks Jess, you also mentioned a few tubers I didn't know so I'll check them out as well.
Really love these ideas! Ruler is better to use than a reference page to me. I will try these idea on my 2025 bullet journal set up! What a brilliant wowen!
I’ve been curious about bullet journaling for a while and finally this evening started my research. After watching 4-5 videos I’m overwhelmed and starting to think maintaining a bullet journal is almost a full-time job. I like the idea in theory but I’m on overload. Maybe I’ll just stick with the very basics and see how that goes. Your videos have been very good and informative.
Excited that you're interested to try it out! This ideas video is more so targeted to people who are more familiar with the system and want to try something new, but if you're just starting out, I have a step-by-step series that would probably be more useful if you're interested 😊 That one starts with this video: th-cam.com/video/uHOiISAbjio/w-d-xo.html
I LOVE the weekly tasks 'tip-in'. It wouldn't work for the way I do things but I'm storing it in the back of my brain (and in a note in my bujo!) for later.
Hello Jashii, Ive even following you for the past four years and agree with a comment, you are brilliant. Ive since created a collection/R&D journal and find it so useful especially since I create many journals for others. I love the waterfall layout/setup and will use in my 2025 journals, your ideas are thought, practical and functional. Thanks for the inspiration.
I’ve watched MANY bullet journaling videos and you have spreads I haven’t seen! Love love your ideas and the variety of how to set them up! I’m thinking of setting one up for the new year and will definitely be using your ideas! Can’t wait for your next video!
I love seeing all the ways you can do layouts - I have previously been pretty intimidated by trying new things but you have made it so easy to see how it’s done and the various uses for them! Thank you so much for expanding my planning!
I’ve just set up my journal and have dedicated 10 pages to A Year In Headlines. One line a day. Not sure if I’ll do it every year but thought it might be interesting to look back on. Thanks for all your content. x
In case no one has said this, I love hearing you talk! It’s so clear and soothing actually. You also have the same kind of accent on some words that I do and it makes me feel better about the way I talk, I actually love it in your voice and don’t have to feel so self conscious of it in me.
This is amazing, thank you! I‘m 57 and want to start journaling. I was looking for possibilities to get started. My goal is to declutter my mind, declutter my workspace, enhance productivity and to get some overall structure in my life. I‘ve looked at preformatted journals with themes and such, but found out that many just don’t apply to me. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and I get overwhelmed by tasks easily, which just leads to stagnation. I‘m very excited to get started. Thanks again!
I love the ruler idea and the whole layout of your bujo. Makes life so simple and organised. Tracker system would work for me. Please suggest more ideas to monitor my mood and energy cycles. Thanks
You just solved something I've been struggling with on a monthly basis writing the exact same things over and over. That tip in idea for weeky tasks would work awesome there. Thank you! The others were helpful too but that one was just one of those "why didn't I think of that" moments.
I had to pause at 3:14 just to sit back in amazement of what you have already shared. I will get a good night's sleep and finish the video tomorrow. Well done!
You are amazing. I've been looking all over for ideas like this but most people's "ideas" are just page spreads rather than different ways to use your BuJo! Thank you.
I think this might be my new favuorite video. So many great ideas. I am going to combine the snapshots of the month with my year in photos. I also love doing a Places Visited page. Not sure where I got the idea from but I have been doing it for a few years. When I go somewhere, I will do a little postage stamp size picture of something prominent about the place and date it. It's super cute.
Thank you so much for this! I’m getting into bullet journaling and these ideas made me so inspired and excited to get started on some new spreads :) also, I know it’s one small section in the vid but I’m really curious, what’s DIY takeout?!
Oh it's where you have "made at home" version of your favourite fast foods 😝 typically done a little healthier because you can control everything you put in 💪
checked both of your ideas videos and I can't thank enough. just when the journal theming, setting up monthly pages etc were getting to be boring. great! thank you!
I really like the yearly routine builder. I have tried things before and didn’t work well, I hope 2023 will be different, and I can at least turn to the page once and a while. 😂
I feel you 👏 My intention is to put some fun things on there, or things that I'll feel very accomplished in checking off to make sure I DO turn back to it 😄
Absolutely wonderful video with ideas and suggestions that I would never have thought of, the fold out tabs on the left are genius! Thanks for putting this out there to inspire.
I came across this video in the recommendations and I thought that I would not learn anything new, I just turned it on in the background. However, I was carried away from the first minutes of the video: I really appreciate that there were no long off-topic prefaces. I was so surprised that I didn’t know much of this (I’ve just been in this topic for a very long time). It's so cool that I came across some really applicable and interesting content. Thanks a lot!
I think you read my mind! In thinking about setting up my 2024 journal I was going to ask you how you organize the spreads you use in journal. This video answered many of my questions!
I am just starting out and this was A GREAT VIDEO thank you thank you thank you. So many BuJo youtubers forget that it's quite daunting starting out and we newbs need some help with where to start. This is SO helpful.
I saw that big tab and was like "oh boy I don't need a key..." then WOW that weekly reset is such a good idea! Also I wish I had thought of that grid spacing ruler, that's such a perfect idea! I've never had any use for the pages, I will definitely be trying these out!! Honestly, all of these ideas are so amazing, I'm super excited to set 2023 up with some!! Thank you for sharing

I am in a love/hate relationship with bullet journaling because many people have turned bujos into glorified sketchbooks or even worse - scrapbooks, which just defeats the purpose. I get so upset whe I click on a 10-minute video titled "plan with me" and the first 7 minutes are just a tutorial on how to draw a horse or a flower. But you here have managed to strike the golden middle between efficiency and aesthetics and I'm loving it. I know that people are entitled to do whatever but it's just so ironic that you are more likely to get drawing tips from this community rather than advice on productivity. which it claims to pursue. So, thank you for your hard work!
@@JashiiCorrin I search out these videos starting October and the older stuff, which I tend to gravitate towards, gets buried. Thank you for actively bumping this stuff up!

I like to use mine to organise my day-to-day life, including things like daily task lists, project plans, calendars, and other such layouts, but the beauty of the system is that you can tailor it to your own needs and include the things that are going to help fulfil the purpose that you give your journal 😊💜

I've legit spent the last 4 months or so collecting ideas for this video, haha 😂💜 glad it paid off! And of course, gotta let people know who's inspired me 💪
Wow I’m impressed, I use my journal for my monthly layout showing bills due and appointments and menu plans, I feel so inadequate 😂. I can’t write or do art as I have a problem with my right hand (and I’m crap at art, all the art genes went to my cousin). I also do tags that I stick in there, I’m a big fan of Tim Holtz
Not inadequate, I promise! I'm a big believer in there's a system for everyone, so if your system of those bits works well for you, then more power to you! 🥳 I just wanted to give people a list of some ideas they might not have seen before 😄💜

P.s. love that you always make sure to put credit where it's due!
I've legit spent the last 4 months or so collecting ideas for this video, haha 😂💜 glad it paid off! And of course, gotta let people know who's inspired me 💪

Most welcome, glad you liked them! 😄💜
Thanks for sharing so many great ideas. This is super helpful as I’m thinking about my next bullet journal setup.😊❤✏️
Most welcome! 😄💜 Glad you liked it!
🥳 I just wanted to give people a list of some ideas they might not have seen before 😄💜
Great ideas... big thanks❤❤❤
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed them 😄💜
Oh my god using tape to make a dry erase checklist?!! You deserve a noble prize
Haha thanks! Julia Royal does an even more in depth video about reusable lists like that one which is worth checking out 😄💜
Fantastic ideas!
Thanks April! 😄💜
