Might be a controversial opinion but I actually think Werner’s really been good this season. It’s just his composure that lets him down. But he’s always a threat. He provides for his teammates, he’s lightning fast always a threat in behind. If the guy had a bit of composure he would get 30+ goals per season easily, he’s got the whole package. Werner made the havertz goal happen. His run towards the left flank pulled Diaz out of position opening a huge gap between the CBs allowing Mount to make the pass and Havertz to get a free run on goal. He made similar runs throughout the match.

In my opinion, the new addition of pkayers to Chelsea in a single season has been one of the best ever. Even Tuchel has been a superb signing for Chelsea, what a great turn around during the second half of the season.
The best performance I have ever seen by a CDM in a big game. Kante was everywhere. But what surprised me most of all - and I think City - was his control and distribution of the ball and his creative imagination.
I don’t want to take away anything from Kante‘s performance because he was amazing, but one of the best performances by a CDM were Javi Martínez against Barcelona in Semifinals and Dortmund in the Final 2012/13

I’m a Chelsea fan, I think Mourinho is a stubborn man who wants to play football the way he’s done forever. Pep is a revolutionary of football tactics.
