I liked sterling since his liverpool day, but his development has seem to stopped. He has been doing the same thing for 3 seasons now, he shake and bake defender, get to byline for assist or shot on goal. It used to work very well but it all seem predictable now.

Just watched a masterclass by Tuchel to win champions league. Chelsea were S*** under Lampard but we have just seen how to manage and turn around an ailing team to become best in Europe in a matter of months. Difference is Chelsea players respect Tuchel cos they know he is a great organiser and gets the very best out of his team and convinces players they are better than they really are. Alf Ramsey did that in 66.. Sorry to say that the likes of Solskjaer, Lampard, and yes, Southgate, are tactically naive compared to what we witnessed tonight !
Tbf chelsea has the 2nd best team in the prem overall bench and everything. Agreed though, proper coaching and management came in and a crucial time. Managed top 4 and CL winners
