Hey Josh, I finally tried my new A2Z heat press. Love the goof proof however learned about pressure on the sample tshirt. Thats didn't go well until I figured out about increasing pressure.
I did the goof proof, turned out great however I didn't stop to think the letters were white and I used a white tshirt. I have no common sense! Live and learn. Lol
How do I adjust the pressure so it's the same at the back as the front? Currently noticing the back is pressing lighter. Wrecked 4 tshirts! Please help.

Is there a preferred email address or telephone number for tech support for this product? I have been trying to get a problem resolved since 7/19/22. We are playing e-mail tag and I still don’t have the answers I need. I even broke away from the weeks long email thread and started another to avoid them from having to go through the weeks worth of messages. I have not received a reply yet.
I'm getting annoyed. I have this exact same press and I have it set to 302 for 10 secs but it's not getting hot enough. The vinyl I have is saying to press at 302 for 10 seconds. The letters aren't coming off the transfer tape and the seconds aren't counting down. Lastnight we had the same issue then it started yo do the count down and work. Now it's not doing that
@@kdxpaloma nothing I was in the settings mode as soon as I went to where it shows the temp it started to heat up and go past the heating point it would start which was at 200 degrees

Do you need special power for the A2Z swing away?
Can this press run for a full day non stop ?
If by "full day" you mean a work day then yes. Our machines can easily be run for 10-12 hours.
Can it work with Design Space software?
Hello, your design software is completely up to you. The heat press will work to apply your finished designs.

As of now we only have the 15x15 in this style of press.
