Atty question lang po 😊 what if during the annulment of A and B there were no properties declared until judgment..may either A or B enter into marriage even without complying to the requirement of distribution and recording? In what stage may they marry again? Thanks in advance. God bless
Each of them is capacitated to remarry once the decision of the court is recorded in the civil registry. That means the decision has become final and executory. No need to comply with the distribution of the properties and recording if they did not have any community or conjugal property
