We’ll done on the 30k. We watch because of you. There are plenty of TH-camrs with amazing vans who go to fantastic places but we don’t love watching them because we don’t love the people. You make us laugh whatever the video is about and we feel that you are honest. We met you briefly at the last Stratford show. Andy came over and wanted a selfie and you took one of the 3 of us. That is the first time we’ve ever approached a TH-camr and that’s because you genuinely come over as approachable. Same with the ads, we trust you genuinely believe in the products you promote. We never skip ads, not sure how it actually works but we’re getting the benefit of watching the video for free so are quite happy to watch a as for a couple of minutes if that benefits you. I’m waffling a bit now but we’ll done. Happy you are getting what you want out of it !

Love the food content try a solar cooker and camping food recipes would watch for just travelling food content. We watch for you because you come across genuine and happy person, it’s nice to see you enjoy life with the others as well. We don’t mind the partnership adds as long as they are not 25% of the whole video we can skip past them 😂

Hi Darran, 👋 I'm really enjoying these vids; (I've been watching for a few days now, just discovered by accident really) they're fun, interesting and most of all very useful if (like me) you ain't a clue but always wanted (since a boy) to have a camper van and pick up and fu## off whenever! My Mrs is the driver (I never have) but we've always talked about getting a van and watching your vids has re-lit the interest for me. We basically want to get a van, park it nearby then take it out for breaks whenever we can as I'm self employed now we can do that. So thanks for the inspiration mate and great vids and keep up the good work Darran 👍😀

It ties it to your main channel whilst explaining exactly what it’s about!
I'm working towards going full-time with my young son. Just taking a bit longer than expected due to my poor choice of tenants. Which is where my income will come from. I've spent the past 6 months totally refurbishing a property after its was completely gutted by the previous tenant. The last 6 months and many thousands of pounds that was saved towards doing up a second property to rent out and build my high spec campervan, got spent on the first property. At least it's got me more focused to get things right this time. So maybe this time next year we will be ready. Plus I've got to get my own house cleared out and ready to rent out. We should have been travelling by the end of this year.

In all honesty I think you would be beast off making a separate channel for your fishing and food, I for one watch because I enjoy seeing Van Life videos, if I wanted to watch cookery shows/videos id search for them. I have noticed so many Van Lifers have gone down that road now that most of their videos is just pure food.

Hiya Darren, I work at Pisces Country Park in Welney, Cambridgeshire. There are 4 fishing lakes, with static caravans to rent. Bob Nudd the world champion fisherman is going to be there Saturday 27th for the open weekend, live music and bbq. You should go, you'll love it.

We personally love the food content in your vlogs we actually found out about the caz bar in MK from your vlogs my girlfriend used to live in MK and never knew it was there. I used to work in MK on the Ambulances and too didn’t know about this place and now whenever we are in MK we visit the caz bar so more of that is more than welcome. Daisy n Andy 👍
