    Dear sister, love from India.
    I stayed for 20 days with a landlord with a verbal talk of only paying the water and electricity while my period of stay. I stay from sep 6 to sep 24. Now he is asking that i told to pay all the pending water and electricity bill till date, which is huge.
    We didnot make any agreement on paper, only verbal talk. He is a police and now threatening to make complain against me and take all money.
    What should I do?

      Hi Prakash! I am so sorry to hear this. Justice system/police/consumer rights are fairly transparent here. Don't worry, try to find any kind of proof. A message, a wtsapp conversation,any wittness, or pictures etc to proof your lenght of stay and file a complaint with police asap. Also mention the threats.
      (There is a high chance that that person is saying he is from police just for putting pressure).
      For next time never rent any thing without an agreement or proof of some sort.

    Please suggest if 2500 Omani Riyal per month in Muscat is sufficient for a family of three people to save and live a comfortable life. Please help

    • @masoomanalife
      @masoomanalife  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, it is. Anything above 1200 OMR is comfortable for a small family with a modest lifestyle.

      Hello! Bidiya is a small town and so life will be pretty basic. It depends upon your priorities.

    Asssalam dear sister.
    I want to ask that if a person gets permanent residency of oman. Will he get omani passport as well or not? And will he be facilitate like others omani residents such as free schooling for children or not? Thanku

    • @masoomanalife
      @masoomanalife  ปีที่แล้ว

      Wsalam. There are two ways: national and non national when it comes to actually living in Oman. If you are a national means, either one or both your parents are nationals or you have an Omani ID card but that is a resident ID card not a nationality which doesn't give you privileges like a national.

    Studio Apartment possible near to airport?

    • @masoomanalife
      @masoomanalife  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Residential areas nearby airport are Mwaleh and Ghala. You can search on olx or if you are in Muscat you can physically go and visit any empty places. If not studio, you can easily find 1bhk.
      Good luck.
