Yes. Scams do happen. Please make sure to double triple check the agency if you are coming through one. The best way is to come through someone you know.
Honestly, the spaces are too small for half of the animals there and they are not given enough enrichment😢
Yes! Some cages are better than others, but I personally don't like the concept of zoo anyways.
