In this video, I will share the simple tricks you can use to lose arm fat without going to the gym.
If you do the exercise I'm showing you in this video, you'll not only lose arm fat bur you'll also have strong and toned arms.
But first, you need to focus on lowering your body fat percentage because if your body fat percentage is too high, you won't have toned arms no matter how hard you exercise.

Hi Brian, thanks for all you do here. I tried following your instructions by keeping my palms together (as you demonstrated) but I started having pains on my wrist because it appeared most of the pressure was going to my wrist, but when I tried separating my hands I stopped feeling the pain/pressure on my wrist.
Pls what could be the cause or what do you suggest?
NB: I wasn’t having any pain on my wrist before I started the exercise.

@@briansyuki I did more yesterday but broke it up into sets because of chronic pain- It's a great idea- I have beenlifting with 10-15 lbs and my arms are the same- perhaps this is the magic bullet- x
