- Hi guys, back with another exhaust vid ! This time I took the two aftermarket mufflers off, and it is much much louder ! New exhaust tips installed at @bkperformance ! If you are in the Knox County area I highly recommend them ! They do exhaust work, engine repairs, diagnostics, alignments/tires etc.. and they are very good with anything electrical ! They also have a dyno. Hope you guys enjoy the quick video ❤️

Thanks bro! Yes it took a while to find these man especially for the right price! On carbon import for the wing. Some on ebay look like they could fit (a5) but I didn’t take the risk of the fitment, up to u. Lmk if you do find it on ebay and it fits ahah
@@lacast_lifestyle Did you have to do any modification to the tips? The ebay listing says they don't fit the B8 S5. Obviously they do, just wondering if you had to do any cutting or anything
@@therealjoshtodd no no no modification, any exhaust shop will have them fit the pipes! If its the same dimensions of the ones I ordered then good! Even if it isn’t they will get it on 😂 that’s the problem and advantage with ebay! You got to take the risk. Worst case scenario u send it back but this is an easy one!

Dylan Conner basically yeah ! I had the third muffler and resonators out already and put some mufflers but it was too quiet so I took it off 😂👌🏾 thanks bro!

Yo, im considering getting these for my s5. Is there a bad amount of drone with these since you did a muffler delete too? (also, i hope they sound as good with the supercharged v6 as they do on the v8)

Hey bro! They are made of very good material, and they feel solid, but I doubt there are from akrapovic obviously 😂
Think of doing same to my a4 Allroad are they worth it?
Def ! They look good and last a while, after 1.5 years they start fading a but but you can always spray the tips matte black and add akrapovic stickers

@@traderbarry9139 yup, I mentioned everything I’ve done to it I believe! Resonator deleted, then into an x pipe where the 3rd muffler was deleted and then muffler delete on both sides

I like those tips to bad the whole Akrapovic exhaust is more than I want to spend just on exhaust. I just did the rear box delete on mines: th-cam.com/video/N4ueJWap_FE/w-d-xo.html it sounds waaaay louder with lots of pops and crackles than the stock exhaust. Its a tad bit louder than I want it so I may put some after market mufflers on the rear...(about where your before exhaust sounds) I like the way the Corsa sounds.
Yours pops more but its def not louder 👍🏾 I don’t like rasp so I won’t take my cats off. The video feels as if but the tone is deeper which doesn’t pic up as much on video like rasp does. Oh and I do not have an akrapovic exhaust lol
@@lacast_lifestyle I was referring to the Akrapovic tips you have. I meant that I would love to get the whole Akrapovic exhaust but not willing to spend $2500 just for an exhaust. And I was referring my rear box delete is way louder than my stock exhaust. I was going to replace the center box with a Borla muffler but the shop owner said that it would have been even louder and more raspy than it is now. I think I may just buy either a Miltek, AWE or Billy Boat catback, delete the center muffler and just have resonators and the rear mufflers.

does the facelift have a different trunk than the non facelift model ? i ordered a carbon spoiler and it doesn't fit 🥲
