I just had one today and I literally had to stop it after 30 mins and I’m a grown man. It felt like I was suffocating are something I kept thinking about what it something goes wrong
So far, I've have had a panic attack twice going into this machine. I know it won't bite me, it won't suffocate me or crush me; I just don't like how tight of a space it is. I have the proverbial third times the charm appointment coming on Thursday and am trying to get my self ready for it but knowing I have to hold my breath when I already can't breathe in that tube is worrisome. I will be taking drugs this time and the cloth over the face does not work for me.... suggestions other than "suck it up buttercup"?
