- Cardiac MRI scans are considered as one of the main diagnostic tools for the assessment of heart anatomy, physiology and pathologies. This video will explain how a cardiac (heart) MRI scan is performed along with the positioning, protocols and planning for a cardiac magnetic resonance imaging scan. This video will also explain the scanning techniques for different types of cardiac flow quantification and myocardial T2 mapping.

Thank you for your demonstrations of cardiac mri.
Excellent, thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge in MRI,
😅.
Thank you for this excellent explanation and tutorial.
You're very welcome!
Excellent!
Please upload a tutorial video of cmr cardiac complete post processing if possible .
Thank you for excellent explanation.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much pro

Thank you :)
Awsome ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you!
Kindly provide many videos about all examination's protocols for MRI & CT. Will be appreciated and gratefully to share your knowledge and experience to those who haven't.
Awesome mam .👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks a lot
Thanks
Thank you too
Colon or large intestine ulcers can be seen in MRI?
Is it possible to stick special labels on the surface of the human body, so that these labels can also be clearly seen in MRI images? If so, how are the labels made?
In our centre we stick fish oil tablets on the patient's skin. You can also purchase commercially produced markers such as MR-SPOT which will serve the same purpose.
You can use vitamin E capsules/pills on the skin where you would like the label.
@@mihaimoldo thanks a lot
@@Pendergeist thanks a lot!
I have claustrophobia real bad and I see this is an open MRI is it really open? Will I be able to see through when I look in the back of me? Is there a hole that I can see? Please let me know I mean is there a hole in the back of the machine that I don’t feel like I am Covered in.
Yes I just had one done today there’s a hole towards the top of your head the only bad thing is you hands are like strapped to your side. And it feels like your are suffocating but u really aren’t. Then they put head phone on you so u can listen to music. I had to stop the procedure 30 minutes after because I just got scared. I’m claustrophobic and I hate being closed in tight spots. All I kept thinking about was some final destination type shit. Lol!!!!
Then they keep you in there for about 45 mins to an hour and time feels like it’s moving slow😅
Thanks!
So kind, thank you!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE UPLOAD CSF FLOW STUDY SEIMENS SEMPRA MACHINE AND SPECTROSCOPY
Can someone please tell me if plaque within the coronary arteries can be viewed with a cardiac MRI? I am scheduled for a CTA but due to issues with my bone marrow, I would like to avoid the radiation. I also had an enlarged lymph node in my chest which needs re-assessed. I would think either test could do that.
Cardiac MR is not a great choice for the diagnosis of coronary artery problems. CT scan is the best choice.
@@rejoshgeorge4933 Thank you for taking the time to reply! Do you have some experience with both types of test? I figured the cardiac MRI wouldn't be feasible but for some reason, some of the things I read seem to indicate arterial plaque can be viewed with it.
@@Ed-iu1di We have experience in both type of imaging. Coronary MR imaging is in very early stage of development. The imaging capabilities are limited due to motion and air tissue interference artifacts. I would strongly recommend you to have the coronary CT.
@@rejoshgeorge4933 Thank you once again. Much appreciated.
Cardiac MRA IS BEST FOR LOOKING INTO THE arteries
Merhaba türkçe diline alt yazı ekleyebilir misiniz
Rica ediyorum
Please do more exams
No any new video ....MRCP or any video
Where is the head? inside or outside of the machine?
The head is inside but above the head is like a big hole
