So fun! I can't stand Boys Over Flowers, though - I mean, they bully a kid to a suicide attempt in the first episode. There is just no coming back from that, in my opinion. I'm so glad that K-dramas have moved on from the abusive love interest who is "saved" by the girl. I used to work as a professional domestic violence advocate, and Lee Min Ho's character displayed SO many red flags (not to mention outright abusive behavior) in that show.
that’s fair! kdramas, just like western media, has come a long way, but it’ll always be one of my fave classic kdramas
