  • In this Mobility 360 class, Coach Seth will guide you through a series of gentle mobility exercises to target the spine and core. Your exercises will include:
    Jefferson curls
    Standing back bends
    Kneeling and supine trunk rotations
    Side plank overarches
    Straddle side bends
    Cat/cows
    What you’ll need:
    Dumbbells (or cans of soup, backpack w/weights, etc)
    Bench (or elevated surface, chair, box, etc)
    Wall space
