Thanks for the video I have the same table saw and am planning to make a sled. :-) Thinking of putting stops on to make consistent length cuts too so will see how that goes.
Great Sled Build. One thing though you have to sort out that wobble on your table saw, seen that wobble a few times in your videos now. Take Care, Barry (from West Kirby, Wirral)
+Dean Reynolds I love it for what it is, it works really well. Have to clean the filter at least once per project though. I'd love a proper system but I don't have the space so it is good for now
I really need to make a crosscut sled for my table saw. Haven't got around to it yet. I don't have any hardwood to use for the runners so I splashed out and bought some HDPE plastic. Most tablesaws that I see on youtube seem to have cast iron tops. However mine, a dewalt, is painted. So I wasn't sure how smoothly runners would be. How's yours?
what shop vac have you got connected to your table saw please? I'm looking at a screwfix own brand which has pretty reasonable reviews. think it's by schweppach but basically screwfix own brand.

I have seen many videos about five cut method and everyone of them rotates the piece clockwise 90 degrees. Is this a new method?
Did you watch the video? That’s exactly what I did
