Nice and funny comments :) This track was my favorite. I have raced around this track for hours. Even invented some new games when playing in 2 player mode. Game 1: The player has to catch and bump into another player. Then the other player has to do the same. And you just go on and on. Game 2: 2 player stays at the canal and tried to turn (flip) over the traffic cars when jumping over the canal. The winer is the one who turned over more cars Game 3: The other one was that one player goes out of the room for 1 min and the other must hide his car. Then you drive around the track and try to find that hidden car. And I totally agree with RTranzit. The traffic cars looks they are all with glue. It was so annoying and now funny to remember that. Ech.. Good memories :)
I used to play this game a lot when I was 6 years old. :D Back then I didn't understand what cops were saying. :D It's soooo strange when you remember those phrases but now you can also understand what they mean. :D
This game is almost 25 years old, but check out the music: Aquilla 303 actually sounds very different. They actually went through the trouble of making the soundtrack adapt to the situation and location in the game!!! What a genius level of detail!
this was me and my cousins favorite track. Played the shit out of it. Cant remember oncoming traffic tho, im pretty sure it was one way on playstation.
I thoroughly enjoyed that, this game will always bring back memories of the days when i would do something like 8-10 lap races just because i enjoyed the game
You're funny with your captions :)) I enjoyed watching thsi video about as much as playing the game! I have re-installed this game after 7 years or more on win 7 and amazingly, I played like a pro, wan all the knowkout with no problem. It seemt those maps/ tracks are still well-engraved in my brains after those months of intense playing back in 2003. Interesting that 7 years ago when I tried last time I was driving like a boot. I LOOOOVE traffic! :) I wish I could play this with you over the internet to kick your butt :P
LOL The police is so chill in this game. You drove at over 100 mph, crashed into traffic , and evaded the cops for the majority of the track and they just give you a warning.
LOL and at Atlantica, I had fun with them at the canals part of the track around the 00:48-1:00 mark of this video . And at Lost Canyons, where there are three lanes.
When I saw a spike strip just all of a sudden like you did at 8:20 I aimed for the cop. As soon as I hit him , he withdrew his spike strip (even if he was parking right on top of it) and I still had enough motion to get away.
Rpm of this C5 limited at 5.1 k. Like whaaat? Dat a diesel or something? 4:52 Sounds so familiar... The NFS series and Midnight Club 2 sure as hell forged my appreciation for the Trance music genre. 5:16 "Challenge Everything" - nice one !
Please tell me how you were able to play this? I really want to find out how I can again. I can go find the game used on Ebay but don't have a computer that would support it. Can I find one that will or find someone to reformat it so it can?
+Velocitor1, It may be too late. If you still have this game. Would you mind doing the same gameplay at other tracks? You don't have to use the Corvette, if you don't want to.
No there was no damage model in NFS 3, but in HS there are deffently a good damage model. SO i suggest you to try out that NFS game. It has the same gameplay just more tracks and more cars.
Man. Even today these graphics are still impressive after 18 years. I remember back in 98 when I first saw this game. It was my favorite game for years until finally I gave in to Gran Turismo 3. The PC version of this game was way better looking than the PS1 version which looked just as crappy as GT1 and 2. I didn´t move from this game to GT before PS2 and GT3. Where can this game be downloaded by the way ? Would love to try it again after all those years.
Graphics still impressive yes but not compared to nowadays NFS games, what it's still really impressive is the music the playability & the whole soul of the game impossible to describe for those who haven't played it yet.
All of you who complain about rubber banding in the "newer" NFS games; this race is boring and the hot pursuit does not seem too hot to me. God bless the Most Wanted rubber band...
This game needs a HD remake

I use to play this with my father in 1998/99, thanks for the good memories.
At that time, World was more simple and peaceful ı thınk...
Agreed. I miss the more calm and peaceful 90s. Today everything is chaos.
True. But maybe it just seemed so, simply because we were younger back then.
The pre 9/11 world...
Lol that text commentary is so amusing, definitely feels like something from 2011
The soundtrack though.. ❤
Best racing game I've ever played without a doubt. Just pure fun.
This game have AWESOME musics!
Awesome commentary!! Love this video. You brought back lots of memories!
Awww...this game is still awesome. My favourite car was the Italdesign Schigera.
ATLANTICA CIVIC CENTER, the best message, old memories ♥

I remember this game came with my Voodoo3 2000 PCI graphics card. Man that was the good ole days.
NFS III still rules :)
It sure was funny back in the day when all my opponents were arrested and I'm actually obeying the speed limit trying not to get my final ticket lol
I used to play this game a lot when I was 6 years old. :D Back then I didn't understand what cops were saying. :D It's soooo strange when you remember those phrases but now you can also understand what they mean. :D
Such many memories!

What a genius level of detail!
good old days...
my best favorite game in nfs series.
Still sounds better than gt6
how to reverse time. i cant move on from my childhood
I was expecting you to take the shortcuts
i always used the path on the left side which led up to a jump, before the sewer-like area, and the wooden walkway around the docks
That spike strip was so good it blew off your wheels 😂😂
dem memories. i'm dying right now of dem feels over the game...
angular driving was my shiiiiit :D
I've never actually seen a GOOD video with subtitled
Awesome nostalgie!!!... I wonder how many thousands of kilometers I drove here???)))
I'M GONNA NEED SOME HELP HERE!
I still use that quote today! Brings back good memories.
also THIS BOY IS DONE!
Lol, "Move... MOOOOOOOOOVE." And then when the other vette hit the car in the beginning, "Fail."
I almost died laughing watching this video! The parts you edited were so damn funny hahahaha
Bruh, the stunts in this game were awesome. I spent tons of games just playing the stunts because they were fun as hell.
this was me and my cousins favorite track. Played the shit out of it. Cant remember oncoming traffic tho, im pretty sure it was one way on playstation.
I thoroughly enjoyed that, this game will always bring back memories of the days when i would do something like 8-10 lap races just because i enjoyed the game
First video game i ever played. The nostalgia is unreal

Lovely video, great commentary text!
I loved this racetracks.
GREAT
LOL The police is so chill in this game. You drove at over 100 mph, crashed into traffic , and evaded the cops for the majority of the track and they just give you a warning.
I just noticed, the cops in this game were suicidal. They would just come at you and try to get T Boned.
LOL and at Atlantica, I had fun with them at the canals part of the track around the 00:48-1:00 mark of this video . And at Lost Canyons, where there are three lanes.
Those spike strips were SOO overpowered...

We need an NFS like this OR Road Challenge/High Stakes, but with current gen graphics and physics! Oh, and don't forget the steering wheel support!
That was an awesome time! Memories are getting back. Thx RTranzit !!!
Good Memories...
This game is one of the most playable racing games ever graphically not (but it was then) but it's still just amazingly fun to play,
This reminds me, me and my brother used to name ourselves as the AI cars and would try to hit each other while playing in splitscreen lol.
you can tell they used different cop cars in the PC version. Those are not present at all in the PlayStation version.
se comio toda las patrullas de frente jajaja
+Velocitor1, It may be too late. If you still have this game. Would you mind doing the same gameplay at other tracks? You don't have to use the Corvette, if you don't want to.
Siento toda mi infancia volver a mi.
8:20 M-Dar!
one fact in this game is that you will never get your cars being scratched.. it still looks new
No there was no damage model in NFS 3, but in HS there are deffently a good damage model. SO i suggest you to try out that NFS game. It has the same gameplay just more tracks and more cars.
BEST.PHYSICS.EVER!
08:20 made my day!
