Encoder is selected on basis of drive compatibility.it is written in user manual that which type of encoder/tacho should be used well most of the drive support Line driver type encoder.

its not calculated by this formula, 300 KHz is the mas speed which encoder can count.for more speed you can choose other encoder of 400/500 KHZ as per your requirement

Both channel are used for speed and direction both. if your requirement is only speed measurement then single channel will be enough but is you want yo measure direction also both channel is must.

You can use Ferrite bead or core in cable to cancel the noise.

Drive me digital output parameter ko Set karo usme ek option rahta hai (At this speed like 10Hz 20 hz etc) output will get high at that speed aur output me time delay set karne ka bhi parameter rahta hai usme time daal do ho jayega, if you let me know model number i can guide you better
