Wow! There are no private beaches on the Washington coast. Same with Oregon.

There are no completely private beaches in Florida either. State law gives public access up to the mean high water line. It’s only the access points that are sometimes on private land. But there are plenty of public access points and you can reach the same beach using those. He explains that at the beginning if you listen carefully
