- Have you ever tasted dragon fruit (Buah Naga)? It is so delicious! Join us today as we explore a locally owned dragon fruit farm in Raja Ampat, Indonesia. See what type of plant these dragon fruits grow on, and learn about dragon fruit harvesting! Learn how to tell if the fruit will be red or white, and what a baby dragon fruit looks like. We watch a dragon fruit cutting demonstration, and end up eating so many fruits and buying a bunch to take back to the homestay with us! The kids get covered in the delicious red dragon fruit (buah naga merah) juices- the best way to eat it! Raja Ampat has some of the best tropical fruit, and when you get it at the local farm it is so fresh. Dragon fruit is considered to be a superfood, and we can tell you from experience that this was a super fun experience. Why are we eating in all of our videos? Because everything tastes SO GOOD!!

The dragon fruit farm was a lot of fun! I knew nothing about dragon fruit before the visit. I loved that the guy was willing to talk with us even though we don't speak Bahasa Indonesian. It was a very cool trip!

Selamat pagi! Thank you for the blessing. There is something very special about that dragon fruit farm. Those guys were so nice to us, and we really enjoyed learning about and eating the fruit.
My father also grows dragon fruit, in our own garden, there are also bananas, red guavas, pineapples, and even vegetables. Life in the village is very pleasant, with fresh air far from pollution. we live in east java, Banyuwangi, or the sunrise of java
It was so peaceful walking around the garden. Pak was very nice to teach us about dragon fruit.

I learned so much about dragon fruit on this visit. I'm so glad that we decided to stop.
First time I saw a dragon fruit plant was on Nusa Penida. An island near Bali. Was kinda different as they had frames set up around them and the plants had long branches that didn’t look like they were cut back at all. Kind of like a vine. I think this method in your video looks better.
We really enjoyed touring the dragon fruit farm. It was actually kind of a spontaneous decision to visit. We had just wrapped up a full day at the Blue River th-cam.com/video/MVoj0f5icJI/w-d-xo.html and some waterfalls when Yuni, our guide, mentioned this place. I’m glad we stopped!

If you happen to go to Papua again, visit Wamena. Beautiful city and you will be awed how the fruits there are sooo huge. Even the dragon fruit is much bigger than you saw in Raja Ampat. The soil in Wamena seems very fertile or there is something amazing in the soil.

Good morning. Dragon fruit is very nutritious, and very healthy if you eat it. Maybe you should also try durian, taste very good, but smells not very nice for some people. By the way that place you visit looks very nice.

I am indigenous Montagnard Jarai live in North Carolina United States I bought red dragon fruit at grocery store this morning each one cost $10 dollars US so expensive

At 1:14 i think the plantation owned a Papuan singing dog or a mix breed...the dog is a rare species it has distinctive "singing" bark
