100 percent you can use it. It will gives nourishment to your hair. Add one capsule vitamin E (evion) and one teaspoon castor oil. Warm the oil and apply to the hair and leave it for 4-5 hours and wash with mild shampoo.
In 1.3 years it cured. For me only skin, nails and hair got affected. Now everything is good. Hair came back. Nails came back normal. Skin spots also 90 percent faded.
Are you using instant pot? Or pressure cooker? If any pressure cooker you can add 1:1.5 water for soft texture. If you cook on direct stove you can add 1:2 water. Pressure cooker 2 whistles in medium flame. Instant pot 3 min. Out side cooking you can use thick bottom vessel and it takes 7-8 min in sun flame. Thanks.
