On this channel we like to do a lot of dogfighting most videos are some sort of dogfight between 2 different aircraft as we explore their different capabilities. I love the scramble scenarios, especially when they involve ballistic missiles.
I was in Bagram when the taliban shot the random rocket every now and then. I can't imagine what it's like for a real deal Iranian ballistic missile incoming. It's got to be much scarier.

@@Gringo111R simpler times. Kids seemed to care about aviation more. I remember bringing my Janes all the worlds aircraft books and nerding out with the other aviation geeks in middle school. Laughing at the nato code name for the mig-15.
One kid came in one day and said he had gotten cable internet and actually had a dogfight online. We were flabberghasted lol.
@@dvaritek434 Hahaha, that's outstanding and mirrors my own experiences as a kid. We didn't know just how good we had it then, far more innocent than now. I used to be part of a VF "clan" on FA and loved playing co-op missions. Hopefully I can get back to that some day.

I hope the real base can scramble their jets much faster.
I'd imagine the Patriots would have been firing well before the jets got within visual range.
I know they are enemies, but it's still makes me sad to see an F-14 get shot down.
I LOVE THESE chaotic hectic massive attacks where you're starting out in a massive fight- the airbase being attacked shots are RIDICULOUS- and why i love DCS. Thank you GS for sometimes doing those- there's nothing as visually insane- a true SCRAMBLE, taking off into the fight

DCS does such a great job man, that first seen on the runway looked amazing, graphics effects. What a sick simulator, must have taken ages for you to get used do what you are able to do.
