- hi friends ٩(＾◡＾)۶ this was supposed to be a part of my previous vlog, but the section was so big i decided to turn it into a mini vlog!
in this slice of life, i unbox and upgrade my pc!!! it's a prebuilt this time -- i got the nzxt player one prime ($200 off from holidays!) with all the upgrades. this is also a mini update on my desk set up hehe.

i also have 2 vlogs in my backlog i need to edit.. my boyfriend visited this past week so i've just put it off since i don't get to see him much. but i am back so do not worry 🫡

if you are wondering why the cpu color fan is rainbow it’s because it’s plugged into (G DV) plug on your motherboard and you need to disconnect the adapter that they plugged into the motherboard and then you can plug it into the rgb controller in the back of the pc. i bought the same pc and i had the same problem. I have a video on my channel on how to fix it.
My front ones are also rainbow that means they also plugged into G DV? It won’t let me change the colors on next cam only the extra duo fans ones I got

1:14 this hits hard because I just recently bought a prebuilt pc but its not like those extremely aesthetic and big pcs you see most gamers have these days. It is so tempting to have those pcs because they look so pretty but I have to tell myself I don't need it right now and when the time comes, I can always upgrade in the near future. Baby steps :D

I also had the same problem building up my current PC. I had a problem picking up between mid and high tower, and I picked up mid. You will have enough space with the Mid tower.
I got the same exact pc prebuilt and I’m struggling, idk if I did something wrong but my Minecraft mod pack keeps on crashing. And I know it isn’t the mods

I inform you that your case has a SSD 2.5 bay in the rear part, so you can place your SSD there with 4 scrolls and it will be totally stable ;)

i noticed recently as i ordered a motherboard z790 taichi, that the user manual recommended not wrapping the sata cable and having it uncurled, unsure why but that was interesting
i ended up uncurling it! i didn't know that though, i wonder why 🤔

oh its a great pc, i love it! honestly tho it hasn't been very long since i've had it, answer may change in a year or 2 but for now it's great :)
@dvyjessica Awesome to hear that the pc working great for you. Reason why I asked was cause I'm looking for my first gaming pc but with so many pc companies its hard to choose Lol but not looking to spend a pretty penny on a pc as a first timer. I would want it to do 1080p ultra settings as well as up to 1440p, don't care for 4k at the moment.
@@Bearded_Aztec ah i see, if you were thinking about getting nzxt, i'd recommend waiting for sales. you can sign up for text messages somewhere on their website to be notified if there's a sale -- they happen at least every few months!

Unfortunately if aesthetics is your first concern, you pretty much have to build yourself. Your computer would look even better with a white motherboard and white graphics card and cables.
hm yea i agree.. i think its okay since i ended up leaving my pc on the floor. if it were on my desk though then yea for sure, building would be better aesthetic wise
