I know. This was just for reviewing purposes. I've got ground balancing down to a fine art in this gap we have whilst fields are cropped. Come the Autumn I'll be raring to go again, using ground balancing :)
No idea, Wolf as I've never used a Tejon. All I know is that I really enjoyed using the 4MX, and will use it again soon. Found some good stuff with it.
Hello! Ok, I tend to have DISC 1 and DISC 2 Quite low. Normally around 2? SENS, I have as low as I can get it. If the detector becomes noisy, then raise the SENS slightly until it is silent. I'd recommend Ground Balancing the detector, but if you can't, then put ground balance to AUTO. Hope it helps! :)
Hi thanks for your response I was looking at the 4mxi as I was looking for a duel.function machine beach and inland I'm currently using the gofind40 for my beach hunt and find that better on pinpoint than anything else but useless on wet sand . so limits the finds a little will have a look at the 4psi thanks once again
I know this is a fairly old video but could i ask whats it like for water. I noticed the speaker is exposed on top is this a problem when it rains. 1 more quistion do you get much life from the battery's cheers mate..H.H
hi bleeps have you used this machine on beach wet and dry sand ?if not could you possibly do a review of it .interested to upgrade to this machine from my first machine entry level . thanks in advance
Hi Sean! Personally, I wouldn't recommend it (nor the 6MX) on wet sand. It CAN detect perfectly well, but the problem is that the salt content in the wet sand drives it crazy, do you get a lot of noise and interference. I'm guessing you can get rid of a lot of it by adjusting the settings, but at the cost of losing depth perhaps. It'll be fine on the dry sand, as it's only the wet that causes the problems. If you want a good beach machine, I'd recommend the CS4PI :)
Hy! I buyed today my first C.scope 4 MX (my first detector)! Can you help me what kind of settings can I use at the beginning? Wich function for the coins for example! sorry for the english , I don't speak really good this language :)

Cool, really enjoy your vids mate, keep em coming : )
You should never really use auto GB, its set to maximum disc to null out coke, you`ll miss lots of thin section stuff using auto : (

Yes. and yes :)

Can it mount smaller coils? Is it weather resistant?

@Addictedtobleeps You need to get back down there and check, you know it's probably a bit of lead, but it'll keep you awake at night if you don't lol.
