The 3 definitely feels lighter and more nimble than the 5 does. Steering is much heavier and weightier on the 3 but the amount of steering feel from the road is close between the two. The 5 is still very enjoyable but if you are looking for a more sporty driving experience, then the 3 wins out. I also prefer the lower seating position on the 3; the 5 feels a bit tall with the seat all the way down.
My average in town driving is around 19 to 20 mpg. On the highway I can average around 25 to 26 mpg driving 80 mph. So average on this trip would probably be like 20 mpg.
Since u drive a 5 and a 3, any serious difference in the driving dynamics? Is the 5 pleasurable to drive like the 3?
