How to fix a pair of Astro A20 headset

My astro's would not turn back on, after switching off briefly to make a drink 🤷‍♂️ Warranty only just expired, and I have really looked after these well...

Turn it off and turn it back on i had the same problem

Plug out the box connected to the ps4 and turn off the headset. Plug the box back in the ps4 and turn the headset back on

The problem for mine is that that the headset doesn’t even work. It turns on but the audio nor the mic works. When I charge it the light turns amber.

The light is meant to turn amber and if it turns on it is meant to turn red if it doesn't it might be a hardware issue
