    About Me: I started lifting/going to the gym at 19 years old in January 2023 after winter break freshman year of college. I was around 185 pounds at 5'7, and my goal was to lose weight and fat (especially the belly fat I had since I was in middle school). Since then I dropped my weight down to 157 pounds and gotten noticeable changes. I have been very consistent these past few months, going to the gym 6 days a week. My workout journey has been a little more than a year now and I still have so much to learn. My goal is to achieve my fitness goals and to be in the best shape that I can be.

    pumps up the triceps incorrectly; you need to straighten your arm half a second slower; and at the lowest point, linger for a second.
