TODAY'S RECIPE IS Chocolate Jar Cake Recipe | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy

INGREDIENTS & PROCESSED 👇👇👇
Condensed milk 1/4 cup (substitute 2 eggs)
Oil 1/4 cup
Powder Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 3/4 cup
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
7 inch greased pan
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins
Let it cool down
We will need two cutter
One is like bottom size of the jar & another is like upper size of the jar
Make crumbs from leftover cakes
Sugar syrup
Chocolate frosting ( 1 cup whipping cream, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder mix all together. Beat until stiff peaks )
Leftover cake crumbs jar cake

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

No u cannot replace condensed milk with milk, use yogurt, butter milk or eggs instead and then adjust sugar accordingly
