Hola. In this lesson we'll be talking about an incredibly common verb that you'll come across in Spanish: hacer (to do/make).
Please like this video if it was helpful.
Leave any comments or questions below!
¡Gracias!
I LOVE that you quiz us in the video! Really makes it stick.
Thank You. I've searched for a Spanish teacher. You're it. You explain it concisely. I can pause the video etc... You are very good and a pleasure with whom to study.
Your videos are an excellent companion to Rosetta Stone. I wouldn't understand the verbs without you. Muchas gracias.
One of the things so consistent that makes learning Spanish easier than English is the Written pronunciation can be trusted to be read as thought and be correcto. English is screwed up. They write one thing and pronounce it something completely different. Spanish doesn't have this sickness. Thank you Spanish.
Muchísimas gracias .more power
It is very impressive seeing 1080p footage from almost 7 years ago. Thank you for the helpful Spanish lesson.
Thank you very much. I am benefited by your lectures.
I need something to do exercise for revision.
Gracia yo soy italiana y a veces tengo problama a comprender ingles pero tus vidéos son muy claros por quien tiene que estudiar espanol

Legend sr Jordan
very good exercise.
Honestly i don’t even know my basic English present tense
Great video! Thanks a lot.
Excellent video... Gracias Senor Jordan!
great vid. using the pausing method works well and can replay it multiple times.
I have a video called:
"01036 Spanish Lesson - Present Tense - tener (part 2); useful phrases"
It's really cool and amazing,it's especially for me ,the new beginner. gracias!
Also, as such a fresh beginner I study and memorize sentences that communicate concepts that matter to me and leave everything else out. Certainly I cannot study Grammar now, Nor can I build my own sentences from whatever Spanish words or Grammar I know. At least not there Yet. so for me, its all full expressive sentence studying for the next few Months.
gracias
your lessons are so interesting!!!
Si, Muchas Gracias Signor.
Señor ;)
Señor*
Great video thankyou, but why do you say "hace calor" or "hace viento" ??? Is that really doing hot or doing windy??? Don't get that at all 🤔🤔🤔
Don't say "Hacer viento" say "Se esta levantando viento"
I love you
Muy bien
¡Gracias!
merci beaucoup M.Jordan cela m'aide beaucoup votre méthode
Translation of "What are you all doing here? = "Que estaís (vosotros form) haciendo aqui?" Shud be using present progressive, no?
Se dice 'Hace un buen tiempo'
One of the things I find where videos such as this have issues is that they could make us lazy. We either write them down or mark a link to such videos and forget. That is an issue. For that reason, I don't take notes or Link to these videos. I think all references should be in our heads not in paper and/or videos.
You are awful. Awfully good! Thanks!
0:15 pause and stare into the eyes of your maker
Aiio Nuevo!!! Muchas Gracias otra vez ....
i think writing it down and writing it out myself is more challenging than watching you do it and just reading it all and trying to memorize it. That way ill never learn it totally i think
muchas gracias!
Hola,
Te hago una pregunta que todavía no he podido conseguir la repuesta…
Porque se dice:
Hace calor
Hace frío
Hace fresco
¿ Pero no se puede decir hace cálido ? Sino se dice "Es cálido"
muchas gracias amigo
Hola! Ayuda me por favor. " Tienen que hacer algo para ayudar en casa." Could you please translate and explain the construction? ("Tienen que hacer "). Is there one of your lessons to refer to? Muchas gracias.
``They have to do?``
You remind me of Sheldon Cooper. :D (def. a compliment)
¡Gracias!
Indeed. Double negatives are common (and normal) in Spanish. ;-)
still a great instructor though
Awesome. Muchas gracias!
I still get confused. 😬😅
Usted hace muy bueno videos.
Muy útil. Gracias!
He looks like Sheldon Cooper from the big bang theory
No se dice 'hace fresco', se dice 'está fresco'
Your word bank link produces a 404 error. Could you update por favor?
So what about preterit tense? And all other forms?
Y
Hacer always trips me up. They also say "El hace muchas preguntas" they stick hacer into random places. I thought "to exercise" would be its own thing not to do exercise 😂 I'm so confused
¿Cuantos años tienes, Sr. Jordan?
bro can you slow down so people can actually pause the video before you give answer
HacEMOs lol
He sounds so creepy 1:26 she does she makes
1:40 he literally laughs
that is a little sus ngl
Esta correcto?;
"Yo hago un niño"
You still learning
Yo estoy haciendo a un niño*
Spanish is tough, but with your motivation you'll can do it :) GO GET'EM
no se dice "hace fresco", es "esta templado"
¿Y de dónde eres?
@@SeñorJordan soy de chile, sr.jordan
@@pollozkqzkq ¡Gracias por ayudarme a agregar a mi conocimiento de regionalismos!
Parece que en México optan por "está fresco" en vez de "hace fresco".
Por alguna razón, muchos libros (manuales) de texto aquí prefieren los usos de España aunque Latinoamérica está pero mucho más cerca. :-)
Keep in mind that the beginners prefers slower talking.. you're good but you talk so fast
i agree
spam
he is kind of back peddling here this should have been make when he was first making basic videos
u make my life bad
Annoying
Muchas gracias!
