Adventurous Seahorse Part 6 Reducing the width in the tail by throwing pairs out while keeping the stripes even. Assess your own seahorse to choose when you need to throw out depending on the thread/ribbon/floss you are using for the passives. Use the fin knot at the end to create a little tuft.
