Hey if you truly enjoy the game you can always get back into it and play at the gym with others. Just pay attention to your body and ease your way in. 🤟🏻🙌🏻👍🏻
@@jamesjohnson5646facts. I’m 44 and I’m creating bball list of training videos and practicing all winter and spring and hitting gym 💪🏾 so next summer coming back out retirement like mj wearing #45 jersey and all. 😂 training my 13yrold son and 12 yr old daughter at same time same way too. They doubting me.. lil haters😂
I had a whole 2 years (maybe 1 ½) before I become a college student and I want to become a varsity playe there.. I'm improving all possible skills that I can improve (eg. lay ups , dribbling , my vertical jump , and shooting) , please pray for me.
Kareem Milson No, runners are moving shots. Floaters are extended layups. Both runners and floaters can be performed with either foot as well as two feet. The difference is that you maintain your shooting form while performing a runner (Watch Steve Nash for an example of a 1 ft runner, and watch Tyler Ulis for an example of a two foot runner). When doing a floater you only follow through with one hand, and you can gather/pick up the ball with either one or two hands. (Watch Stephen Curry and Kyrie Irving for examples of floaters off of one and two feet). In this video, they are clearly demonstrating floaters as they are following through with only one hand.
I need to work on a lot for freshman season to be ahead of others
Now is the time. Put in the right work and eat and sleep well in order to give yourself the best chance at significantly improving.

@@DeepGameBasketball coach, I'm jumping of right leg and I'm right handed too, so I extend left foot, is it okay, or do I have to use left leg/hand?

Trae Young mastered this.
Great drill. I've been looking for something like this.
This is prob my fav finishing move
Tell the camera man to stand a bit back so we can see more of the court.

Are there anyways to stop getting packed from behind when doing a floater?
either practice to be faster before getting packed or don't take bad shots

Going for a floater with the left hand is a terrible idea - it's never gonna go in
If you don't practice 🤤, mike conley has left and right floaters(he's a lefty)
But if you can use both hand, it would be deadly
I do my floater with two hands at once
