    If you're under 6'2", having a floater in your game is absolutely imperative.
    Two foot, one foot, off the glass, all net; you MUST be able to get in and score over the outstretched arms of the trees in the paint.
    Today, Coach Damin is bringing you a 5-Minute series that you can use to start adding floaters to YOUR game.
    Let us know how you the workout goes or, even better, let us know how it feels the first time you drop a floater a 7-footer who's left grabbing at the air!

    Runners are shot with one foot floaters are shot with two feet

    • @myjciskate4
      @myjciskate4 5 ปีที่แล้ว +23

      Kareem Milson No, runners are moving shots. Floaters are extended layups. Both runners and floaters can be performed with either foot as well as two feet. The difference is that you maintain your shooting form while performing a runner (Watch Steve Nash for an example of a 1 ft runner, and watch Tyler Ulis for an example of a two foot runner). When doing a floater you only follow through with one hand, and you can gather/pick up the ball with either one or two hands. (Watch Stephen Curry and Kyrie Irving for examples of floaters off of one and two feet). In this video, they are clearly demonstrating floaters as they are following through with only one hand.
