What’s then The range guys IRL riding maxed out every settings running both Blast max vs thunder 3 vs e2 burn or the one 2nd hand on the shop 35ah 72v viper 1st gen ?? I have to order in the week coming soon 🎉
still can’t decide what to order from the shop.. the klima max can be ok too but it’s slow top speed and weight compensate the capacity or it’s bs this is still a tiny 60v ?

The Dualtron Thunder 2 has a DEADLY safetly flaw in the stem, which snaps in half over time at the hinge due to a flaw in the design that even a basic engineering student or anyone with any common sense could see. The hinge clamp is far too short which puts an incredible amount of force on the hinge and surrounding areas due to extreme leverage from being too close to the folding point which results in accelerated metal fatigue, so it catastrophically fails/breaks while you're riding, just like it did with mine recently. Luckily I didn't die since I was only going about 10mph but if I was going +50mph I'd probably be dead. I told them the wobble was getting worse and worse since the first month I bought it but they did nothing to fix it and said it was normal! When I informed them it finally snapped in half while I was riding they again did nothing, and even said I'd have to pay to get it fixed even though this has been a well documented safety flaw for years with most Dualtron scooters!

Thanks for watching 👍 just for info the thunder 2 rider is by far the more experienced racer. In the past we have switched the riders and people have asked for equal weights as it fairer so we went with that, we don’t have unlimited time there 👍👍
You should do nami 28ah vs 40 ah too see the difference since alot of people will need to know
We definitely will, 40ah is a lot quicker though with the extra motor power 👍👍

It really is so rapid off the line, lower centre of gravity definitely helps 🙌👍
If you want to get an objective test, you also have to intervene with the pilots. The weight of each pilot not being identical nor the thrust with the leg during the start.
We just do it for fun and try and be as accurate as possible but we never get it perfect 👍
Did you guys double clicked the trigger on the thunder? Peak power is locked behind that feature.

you should rider swap just so people don't call the test orchestrated based on skill/technique good test I own a nami and would stand by michael shas designs over any other scooters on the non custom market atm
We’ve switched riders in the past and people said just make the rider weights equal so we are never going to 100% please everyone.
The races are just a bit of fun but for info the rider on the Thunder 2 is by far the most experienced and also rides super bikes 👍 thanks for watching 🙌

Hi, do you have explanation why Nami is faster against T2?
It accelerates faster but the top speed isn't quite as quick. Nami have focused on torque off the line and have created a monster 😀👍

what was the P9 setting on the thunder 2?
I think Thunder's loss came from the skills of the gentleman in the grey hoodie - he just doesn't know how to ride. Just look at his position at the start. Very much force on the steering post - he practically bent it backwards. The position should be such that you transfer your body weight, and in particular you should move your head as far forward as possible - over the handlebars to put weight on the front engine. This may have caused him to lose, and certainly continuing to use the scooter in this way will cause problems with the seatpost mounting mechanism.
He’s a super experienced rider on scooters and super bikes so it definitely didn’t lose because of rider skill. We’ve rerun the races with multiple riders and the same result every time 👍👊
i think its the lack of hall sensors on the thunder
If you want to get an objective test, you also have to intervene with the pilots. I think they know it very well and the test is oriented.

U only get the full peak power on thunder by tapping the throttle so that wasn't peak power

I don't get how you get 45amp to make a real 8-10k watts ?? I am feeding into a fardiver nd84530 84v 100.8v 200amps!! .. from the battery and almost 6000watts for one wheel on a duel motor scooter!!? How do you get so much more watts !?! Yes only 12000 total for 400 amps why is that? Fardriver is supposed to be so great !?

Sorry but that didn’t happen. He is a super experienced rider and took off as fast as possible. We also tested with multiple riders and was the same result every time. Come down to the shop to try it out for yourself, more than welcome 👍

It’s lovely to ride, really steady, holds the turns well and so much acceleration 👊 come down and try one out 👍
@RIDE & GLIDE does it have the same front tire chatter issue in turns that the Nami burn e has? I'm assuming the change was to fix that issue possibly..?
We are taking it to the race track next week so will have a much better idea but seems very solid! 👍

No worries, we sell both scooters so all good. For the fastest 100m time we would use a lighter rider and add no weight though, as long as we get traction it will be good. For info it got 52mph too speed 👍🙌

Nami are doing some amazing things with their scooters, the Klima beat the thunder 2 in one of the drag races as well 😃👍👊
