From Or Too Bangalore airport, OLA or UBER Deducts huge commision and charges (along with parking charges) from their cabs. I took a Ride which costed, around 850-900Rs. Including Toll charges, and the driver got credited with just 400-450 Rs.
There are many hidden charges which OLA UBER do not mention.

But the major problem for Rapido is they don't have a proper licence for Bike Taxis as the local Cops if they catch them, Rapido ppl won't help them to release their bikes which in turn the driver has to shell money from his own pocket. If this problems are solved then it's a very good business proposition and so only Ola stopped Bike Taxis in Bangalore.

I still use Uber, because whenever I book a rapido it never arrives. I remember one day I booked a rapido and apparently it came so I thought it must be a lucky day for me but no I was wrong, the rapido certainly came and dropped me to the desired location and when I gave him the money he said he doesn't have change and he asked me to wait while he will go and change it from a nearby store and guess what, he never came 😅
It's your fault too to hand over extra money for change. You should have exchanged it yourself from nearby shop or used e wallets.
@@destro5451 I tried paying him through the wallet but he refused, he initially said that he have change but while paying back he said he doesn't have change, he had that intention in his mind and I was just a passenger paying and hoping to get the change in return. Though later they refunded me the money on Rapido Wallet😅
FYI, There are really less number of UBER, OLA Rapido valet who accepts me paying through wallet or online transactions , I have found most of them asking about my payment mode beforehand and if said yes then i usually end up finding another ride for me.

Yeah, he sounds interesting even though he doesn't make any sense. And he talks literally anything.
Rapido will be destroyed by its riders. I am daily user of rapido. Riders have found new way to reduce commission first they will force you for cash payment otherwise they will deny the ride and then after starting the ride they complete the ride in 5 min this means rapido will only charge them for this short distance whereas they are getting bigger amount for the distance. Worst thing is sometimes rider keeps you waiting for 15 min to 20 min then they cancel because they receive a Zomato or swiggy order. If rapido doesn't find a way to keep a check on there riders they will fade away.
Think about Riders as well, how will they maintain their Two Wheelers plus Petrol... People like you should just walk
Rapido has become more costly now, I use to be a regular user, now shifted to an uber bike as it's 20-30% cheap than Rapido.
In my area, most rapido drivers will ask you the fare and if they think it's less they'll ask you to cancel the ride and then you'll have to pay 10rs cancelation fee and if the payment is online they'll cancel for that too

Maine pichle hafte rapido download kiya tha and it was really cheap and good...₹10 ke rapido ride ₹25 ki riksha ke barabar mil Raha tha...phir 4 ride ke baad ekbaar ek rider same jagah par baithke accept karke aaya nhi 25 minute baad bhi ton Maine frustrate hoke cancel Kar Diya toh mere agle ride pe cancellation fee laga Diya...jabki galti unki thi...iske baad parso papa ko urgently kahin jaana tha toh 40 minute Tak bas woh getting your captain portal hi load hota raha...and they claim 60 second Mei captain aajayega....trash service
For few months I was also working as rider in Rapido ...Bangalore traffic police started seazing bikes for riders saying it's illegal.
Rapido didnt kill OLA UBER...Rapido's services are one of the worst..recently heard from a Rapido Captain that they don't pay them properly..Their Cancellation Policy is worst..The captain can ask u to wait 10 mins and after waiting till 9th minute can reject your ride...Often their captains don't have idea about how much is being charged from the Customer and sometimes force u to pay more...I myself experienced this
but rapido is costly than ola bike in Lucknow and Delhi...

Here is a comment from a Rapido rider's POV, i have been riding with Rapido for last 1 month, doing this as a part time thing apart from my freelancing work, while i also finish my online learning... I earn approx 1100rs everyday with 100-120kms, with petrol expenses and maintainance aside i get a profit of around 600-700rs. I keep getting rides the whole day whenever and wherever i log in, i also spoke to many customers and even few riders i met. The main issue with the riders is that they feel cheated for longer rides, For Eg. A small rides of around 2-3kms will give a rider around 20-25rs which feels decent, but at the same time when a ride goes for 8-10kms and u get only 60 or 70rs with time invested in traffic and everything... It feels so less, which is why i have seen many many riders cancel the ride, i generally dont care where the customer has to go, coz eventually i have come to earn and use my time productively to earn something rather than nothing, so i complete my ride. But the fact remains in the longer rides feels bad, also the company gives incentives for the rides completed, it has nothing to do with the amount of time u are logged in or number of kms u have travelled. So the riders prefer short rides to acheive their threshold and earn incentives(which is the major part of profits for any rider). Solution to this would be to keep this incentive same but at the same time add criteria of Kms and time taken while travelling so the riders get to earn more for a longer trip too. Also i have been a customer with Rapido, Ola and Uber bike services.. the major difference is marketing, Rapido has good number of riders compared to Ola and Uber right now in mumbai which is why the have advantage. But it wont last long as once ola starts hiring for bike rides and start giving incentives they will also have enough riders. Why i say this is coz i personally try to book rides sometimes when i am bored or tired to ride my bike and rapido has majorly got me the booking before Ola and Uber here in mumbai atleast. Also the payment system, yes its the best u can withdraw money u earned on a daily basis, i do it every 2nd day as the amount goes above 1k(mostly customers pay by cash/upi). It always feels good as an when u need ur own money for petrol/daily expenses u can redeeem it in ur account. I hope i could explain my POV as customer and a rider here. Rapido riding is good as part time work but u need to be patient with traffic rules, be polite with customers and most importantly be responsible when riding. I have a 4.98 rating in my 1 month experience where i daily complete my threshold of 15 rides i work 4 hours in morning and 4 hours in evening.

I operated 11 Tier 3 cities working for Rapido. Rapido is good, but not the best. Major positive is the withdrawal system.
When did rapido destroy Uber and ola? If it's anything .. nobody uses rapido when their safety is concerned . People are ready to shell out 50-60 extra if they can sit comfortably in an auto/car and reach their destination without getting a back ache
Rapido also provides insurance to every ride you take. Acko is the company which covers this and I get e-mail after every ride about the insurance benefits.

Ab rapido me ek hafte me 2 baar hi withdraw kr sakte hai, which is pretty inconvenient and also it doesn't matter if we cancelled the ride(due to some legit reasons) or customers but the rider always gets blamed, they need to improve these two things,. Most of the time customer give a Google location and when you reach there they call you and told you to come to a "NEARBY" location cause they can't pinpoint there when booking rides. 👆🏻✌🏻

Rapido is not that good. Rapido maps are worst you won't get your current location option. you have to find some landmark where you are currently standing which is quite tricky. Even if riders are available nearby Rapido will select rider who is 1km or more than that distance away from you. If that happens you have to wait and after that if you cancel the ride your will be charged for 10 rupees per ride.
