ชิฟฟ่อนคัพเค้ก เนื้อนุ่มๆ หอมวนิลลา แต่งหน้าหน้าคัพเค้กเป็นซานต้าด้วยการบีบครีม ใส่สตรอว์เบอร์รี่สดไปด้วย เพิ่มความสดชื่น และ ความน่ารักๆ เมนูนี้ทำทานกันได้หลายคน เหมาะกับเทศกาลคริสต์มาสสุดๆเลยค่าา

Ingredients 🥣
2 Yolks
20g. Sugar
40ml. Milk
1Tbsp. Vanilla syrup
50g. Cake flour
1tsp. baking powder
2 Eggs white
1/4tsp. Cream of tartar
30g. Sugar
Whipping cream🧁
Fresh Strawberries🍓
Methods 🥣
180c Preheat
-Mix yolks , milk , sugar and vanilla syrup together.
-Sift all dry ingredient and whisk it. Set at side.
-Whisk eggs white , cram of tartar and sugar until it become meringue.
-Mix meringue in yolk mixture.
-Add in baking cup and bake it for 30 minutes.
