Hi thank you very much for doing videos on this topic. It makes you think that this niche will grow and not die out. I have a question, how can you deal with the fact that Lalamu produces videos in 720x404 and Pika produces 1024x576. Because of which it is difficult to combine them into one video. So far I have found an option to make video from Lalamu through Topaz to the level of 1920. And then in one project they look more or less similar. Maybe there are some ways to get a normal quality at once. Or how to upscale them to get the same resolution?
I’ve been embracing Ai best I can for self and clients since Dec 2022 and very much bringing out all the personal and professional efficient and creative productivity possible!
Machine learning for detecting disease markers like cancer, or precursors to aneurysms is actually about 20 year-old technology. It's progressing naturally with the tech, but the application is far from new.
Once the tech is advanced enough there will be no more craft in making a film, it won't mean anything for someone to be a skilled or unskilled filmmaker because the tools will execute any idea to the highest level possible, this will then take away the human element of making a film.
It might not end up looking artificial but the human skill element will be totally irrelevant and it will effectively destroy all the careers associated with the craft of film making@@SignalFlowers
this is a really dumb take yeah, shitty low effort movies will continue to be shitty just in a slightly different way maybe high quality movies can still be made regardless, maybe it is a little harder to get it properly financed, but they will also have all modern tools available, and they can use it in a productive/good way and still produce something worthwhile an AI won't be better at making deeply moving stories and convey the artistic theme through cinematography its the same in programming some low level manual jobs will get replaced, but not actual experts and artists of the craft
If you disagree with someone you don't have to make it personal and call it "dumb" you can be a good human being and act like you would towards someone in real life, not throwing garbage from hiding behind a screen @@rayaqin We obviously have a difference of opinion on AI and that is okay, you think it will stop progressing for some reason, I think it will continue to progress until it becomes extremely powerful and does more than just take away "low level" jobs
I am severely cautiously optimistic about this, and especially worried about companies utilizing AI as a complete substitute for artists, VFX artists, writers, etc.
These strikes are gonna force all industries to create systems to replace all the strikers thus destroying any value that the strike might have had or leveraged. Dumb dumb dumb.
AI filmmakers ? Who are these people? The topic never made me feel good. We're literally walking towards being absolutely dependent on AI and will eventually lose everything that's unique to different human beings. Everything will look the same. We'll literally be human bots. Nothing has ever stopped passionate people from achieving anything, in this case, filmmaking. There's no need for AI to interfere with this, and if someone thinks so, they don't belong in the industry where people have working brains.
Wish I was more excited for all these tools and updates. But Ai has put us thru an emotional maelstrom, hope we all can come to a fun space together
Thanks for the quick tutorial on the new features
No problem! Glad it was helpful :)
This is Awesome!
Wow thank you! I had no idea
No problem!

Was dope to see you at the AIS! You killed it.
Thank you so much! It was seriously one of the coolest events I’ve ever attended. Would love to go back one day. :)

Great to hear!
The language lip sync feature is a real game changer. Especially for animators.

Thanks for the info. That’s cool to know. Cheers!

I wish more people had realised this. No one will be unique. It'll all look the same and ofcourse... artificial.

You suffer from thin skin syndrome, you must be from the US @@joemarklin
This is very worrying

❤
I am curious
the opposition to a.i. is as intense as ever. people truly hate us.
If you can't think of filmmaking without the help of AI, you shouldn't do it. As simple as that.
because you are dependent on AI. we aren’t.
then you will be left behind@@jameseses

That is what they said about assembly lines back in the day... #dumbtake
The tech is great, but lets be real here the quality of the videos is not usable for any serious project!
I think AI is an amazing tool that will assist artists in honing in on their exact style and feel.
Horrifying 😅😅
Both Mr beast and gweneth paltro are hugely problematic people.
