@ IMF comment Kwaku yeboah your comment about is right on morality but on business level IMF is making more money on each time Ghana goes to borrow money so to answer your question why IMF is not holding Ghana accountable. They will not because the more Ghana comes to IMF the more money IMF have control over Ghana’s economy to generate money for their interest
