One thing I would ask is maybe as you catch the fish spend one second showy proper way to handle fish when dehooking. Hubby has shown me some fish are no good to thumb and other not good to fill hold. I appreciate the catfish Info I. How to hold the other day. I usually cut my line lol. Love you both
I lived in Florida 42 years ago at that time the 70s the big rage was smoked mullet I was just wondering if people still ate it or is it strictly used for bait now?

The lighter colored fish eat primarily smaller fish and squid. The more red variety eat more shellfish like shrimp, small lobster and crabs. Redfish are the same way.
Why don't you see episodes from international places such as Spain, France and Egypt. Countries with a great diversity of fish and wonderful views, you have become the focus of attention of much of the world
