My sikky pan began leaking at the gasket despite me following their instructions to the T and have not even seen a start. This is only on the passenger side. It’s extremely frustrating because I’ve been recommended to have the pan leveled at a machine shop or just throw some grey ultra gasket all around it. However, now I have do the same annoying process of dropping the subframe and pulling the pan which as you said is just a nuisance and a set back. Who wants to pull a new pan after installing it due to it not sealing properly. Anyway, I’m glad you got it fixed & they helped with the situation.
Man that really sucks!! is it leaking at the corners where the front or rear covers the block and the pan connect? if so, gotta make sure those tolerances are on point. Even so, a leak pan really is a pain. I hope you get that figured out soon! good luck!

I noticed it as soon as it heat cycled it. Yea, was a rare issue. project was going smooth also. It was nice that Sikky was so understanding and quick.
Ah man sucks! Glad that Sikky was not bad on the customer service! At least worst case scenario jb weld could fix it

When are you making a video of this thing doing some rips
shouldn't be too much longer. I've got a few more videos as the process goes. Trying to document every step along the way.
Sickky have life time warranty on products and can be replace for defective.
