Prepare for a Long Distance Triathlon With Me

- As a triathlete, there's no better workout than a run of the bike to prepare you for race day. I'm racing the Big Husky Ultimate at the end of Feb which is a 70.3 distance Triathlon and I'm buzzing for it.
For this workout, I found myself back on the Gold Coast again where I'm working remotely whilst travelling with my Mum. With that, beautiful Currumbin played host to a bike session in which I rode at race watts during intervals before jumping off the bike for a tempo run at race pace around Suburbia!
Stay tuned to see how I go at Husky; hoping to go sub 4.30 for the second time!
